Custom Water Cooled Build - Hard Line
Hardline watercooling is the top of the custom PC food chain. Rigid tubing runs, precise bends, and a finished look that makes softline feel like a rough draft. It takes more time, more skill, and the right tools to do properly — and when it's done right, there's nothing else like it.
CBIT hardline builds follow the same process as our softline builds with one difference — every tubing run is measured, cut, and bent to fit your specific case and loop layout. No compromises on routing, no visible sag, no generic runs that could have been done better. The loop is designed around the build, not the other way around.
Every build starts with a consultation call to discuss your case, component preferences, tubing material (PETG or acrylic), coolant aesthetic, and performance goals. From there we handle full loop design, parts sourcing, and assembly.
What to expect:
Free consultation call to discuss case, tubing material, aesthetic goals, performance targets, and budget
Full parts list including loop components and tubing provided and approved before anything is ordered
Parts and coolant paid upfront — build fee collected at the same time
Distilled water included in build fee — premium colored or UV coolant added to parts list at cost
Estimated turnaround of 2-3 weeks from parts arrival to account for tubing fabrication — up to 5 weeks during high demand or supply delays
Full loop design and hardline tubing fabrication — every bend measured and formed to your specific case layout
Complete leak test using isolated pump power — monitored for a minimum of 4-6 hours with fresh towels under every fitting and block before any components are powered
Full cable management and RGB configuration to your preference
Windows installation, driver setup, and GPU driver configuration included
Benchmarking and stress testing with thermal documentation before delivery
90-day labor warranty on workmanship
Assistance navigating manufacturer warranties beyond that window
Pricing:
Build fee · $500 (Cost of parts due upfront)
Tubing material (PETG vs acrylic) discussed and confirmed during consultation. A $100 diagnostic and support fee applies to warranty claims requiring significant troubleshooting after the 90-day labor window. Manufacturer warranty claims assisted at no additional charge within reason."
